Customer Care Administrator

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Establishes and maintains a customer profile database, while continuously building on strong

customer rapport

  • Is responsible for Wholegoods Inventory Management with attention to detail
  • Is responsible for liaising to oversee Accounts Receivables
  • Manages electronic information for all new/ used equipment exclusive to all trade appraisals

and pictures in database

  • Actively engages in new sales employee training ( new hire documents, best policy, and procedure)

all applicable job-related training and development

  • Is the support person to work with the Sales and Customer Care Representatives
  • Has excellent communication skills and is highly organized
  • Performs other duties as directed by Management

We’lll give preference to individuals with:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills
  • High school diploma and/or post-secondary education
