Service Advisor

We’re looking for someone who:
- Manages service department work order flow to achieve customer satisfaction levels
- Reviews repair orders for accuracy and completeness
- Directs and assists in the diagnosis of machine problems of technicians and apprentices
- Is in charge of shop safety practices and weekly toolbox meetings
- Advises and recommends to the Service Manager or Service Location Manager regarding technician skills and training needs
- Consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service
- Has excellent communication skills and is highly organized

We’ll give preference to individuals with:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician
- Knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
- Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Service Department operations
- The ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast paced challenging environment
