Part-Time Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Calgary - Shared Resources Office
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and organizing meetings, travels, events and office logistics
- Providing administrative support including:
- Correspondence
- Filing
- Records Management
- Preparing and typing documents and presentations
- Arranging couriers, opening and distributing mails
- Assembling daily bank deposit
- Assisting with different projects
We’ll give preference to individuals with:
- Strong organizational abilities
- Post secondary education and advanced computer skills in MS Office
- Passion for exemplary customer service
- The ability to take initiative when needed and exercise good judgement
