Cervus Equipment Corporation is Currently Accepting Resumes for the Position of:

Agricultural Equipment Technical Support Agent (TechLink)

We are looking for someone who will:
Provide effective technical solutions to customer needs in a timely manner via telephone, e-mail and other communication methods
Act as a virtual team member available to all stores by serving their service customers
Act as a resource for store service staff that require assistance in providing customer solutions
Take responsibility to ensure customer interactions always result in an effective and timely solution
Participate in ongoing training to continually develop technical knowledge and skill sets
Be instrumental in delivering training both to customers and employees during off season periods

We’ll give preference to individuals with:
Minimum 5 years journeyman level experience in Agricultural and Turf products in a John Deere dealership
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to problem solve by using all available resources (Service Advisor, PMPro, DTAC)
Flexibility to travel to stores when required
Ability to use computer software such as MsOffice, Business Systems and Internet Applications
