Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Location: Lloydminster

We are looking for a professional who:
- Provides administrative support to the Branch Manager
- Has a passion for delivering a high standard of professional customer service to our customers as they phone or walk into the dealership
- Has the ability to stay organized and multi task in a fast paced, challenging work environment
- Can work independently with minimal supervision, and has the ability to take initiative and exercise sound judgement when required
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office applications

We will give preference to individuals with:
- Previous administrative experience in a dealership setting
- Previous experience with the following functions considered an asset:
- Processing AP and AR, payroll, reconciling, general ledger entries
- Completion of work orders
- Reviewing and verifying paperwork for accuracy
