Bilingual Regional Terminal Manager
~ Manage, develop, and train employees in area to ensure the customer service, profitability and growth are met.
~ Forecast, plan and dispatch to meet customer service needs
~ Provide guidance and leadership by doing performance reviews, doing training as well as advice and guidance to employees
~ Maintain a cost control while keeping excellent customer service
~ Analyzing staff count to make sure that process is efficient and that daily business requirements are met
~ Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiencies
Ideal Skill Set:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of Terminal Management experience
- Must have a completed post secondary education
- Must have excellent communication skills
