The Hotel department requires an individual to perform all operational Night Auditor functions to develop, maintain and enhance positive relations with all customers and staff members. The Night Auditor will be team focused and thrive on great customer satisfaction and service. Some of the duties include Manages check-in / checkout flow of hotel guests on a daily basis. Disseminate information to hotel/casino guests and employees. Reconcile hotels daily financial transactions and other activities for reporting purposes. May need to complete duties of the front desk agent as required.
Please note this position is an overnight shift starting at approximately 10:45 pm and finishing around 7:15 am.
Graduation from high school or equivalent required. Experience in a fast paced Customer Service environment or Hotel is desirable.
