Realtor (Former Employee), Fort St John, BC – March 19, 2013
Pros: i really enjoy meeting people.
Cons: totally commission.
I think the management of any business sets the base for the office. The management is this office was very unorganized and as a active realtor as well as manager his comptetiveness prevented him from consulting with his sub-brokers openly and without bias.
Real estate Receptionist (Former Employee), Mississagua – May 31, 2012
was able to socialize with alot of people at work. Got to learn about houses and the process of selling. good place to better myself at time management and multi tasking. making appointments and keeping everything organized. Got to go to alot of open houses and get a good sense of what is good in a house and what is nolt. Also, got to see so many different – more... layouts of buildings. – less

Transaction Coordinator (Former Employee), Long Beach, CA – November 18, 2013
Pros: meeting new people, fun working environment, flexibility
Cons: working with different schedules
Everyday I would review my emails and files to make sure everything was in order. If there was anything missing I got to work on contacting and meeting with clients. I learned about the market and what it takes to make a deal close on time. My managers and co-workers were always ready to help and I was too. We all had our own files, we all knew what – more... our jobs were and we got them done. The hardest part of the job was working around my clients schedules as most of them were not available during my work hours but we always made it work. The most enjoyable part was meeting new people and helping them in the process of a big important step in their lives. – less
