Centric Health - Community Advantage has been providing rehabilitation services for adults and children since 1997.
CHCA offers Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work and Dietitian services. Clients are seen in their own setting such as home, workplace, school, or retirement home.
Over 80 highly qualified therapists with extensive community – more... rehabilitation experience provide services including mobility / wheelchair assessments, restoration of functional ability following illness or accident, nutritional consultation and counseling related to illness, loss and disability. Treatment intervention can include short term during an acute stage or long term management.
