Stressful work environment but good gratification from clients.

On a typical work day I would received email and phone messages from clients requesting various types of information. For example, regarding the previous day's submission of deposits due to balancing discrepancies, which must be resolved within 24 hours.
I also had to resolve staff issues, train new staff members, provide backup information to other internal departments and open and close accounts as required on a daily basis.
The hardest part of my job was at the end of the month, when all revenue and expenses had to be in on the first business day of the new month. More often than not, all the required information was not forwarded within a timely manner.
The most enjoyable part of my job was resolving a clients issues and hearing the gratitude in their voice and hearing them say that they appreciate the work I had done to help them.
