Terrible, Awful Place to Work
Woker (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ON2 October 2017
I worked at Celtrade for a few months. It is a terrible place to work.
People are hard to work with and there is no teamwork. People are constantly arguing in the plant.
They also have a major issue with flies and pests.
I would never ever tell someone to apply here. Way too many temps and constant bickering.
There is no control over anything here...people, products..nothing

Aggressive and negative place to work
analyst (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ON18 July 2016
Very aggressive and vulgar environment. Management talks down to employees - yell and humiliate them in front of other employees. Communication is inexistent amongst departments and team members - Management turns people against each other. It is a place that has a negative environment with Management treating you like children and yelling at you for every small thing. Near to no benefits - they tell you that they give you benefits but their benefits are a tiny portion or allowance - incomparable to any other company. Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to work for this company.
Cons
Long hours, negative environment, aggressive

Hardest part about the job was getting used to the smell.
