Supply Chain (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 21 September 2016
Most enjoyable part of the job was working with new software and tools and being autonomous. Co-workers were a little too busy and most people skipped lunch because of it. Lots to learn in short period of time. Great habits made on the job.
Good learning opportunities, technical environment, fun team building activities, fast-paced, upper management was very supportive, global experience, challenging
Long hours, negative work environment, overworked, manager did not give out recognition, imbalance of duties, very repetitive, not supportive team, felt alienated
Market Analyst (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 18 May 2016
good place for long term work although they do need to upgrade facilities (office etc). People are nice and friendly. Pace of moving up is slow although you can get better titles if you like. Work complications can be tough but flex work environment makes it easier to cope with the challenges.
Good work environment with nice people to work with but very poor pay with no scope to advance or becoming full time in the long run.
Manufacturing Associate (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 29 December 2014
Well reputed company with good management but it is a temporary contractual work through an agency with very minimum salary with no chance to advance ever. In the maximum of 23 months contract, there is only one pay increase of $0.25 after six months of employment. No opportunity of growing or even getting hired by the company directly makes the job less appealing.

This is a very friendly environment to work in as the people here are very helpful. I find that the repetitive nature of the job does not challenge me enough. I did learn some very fundamental aspects to the manufacturing world.
Productive and fun workplace with really knowledgeable people

great place to learn about electronic production, co workers with different ethic backgrounds added to the learning experience. Scheduled breaks and lunches with a diverse menu and access to popular food outlets. It was not a pressured work environment but you needed to be focused on your specialty of work. Great staff to work with all the way up to the Director of that particular division that took interest in your work and your peace of mind. Every one did a proffessional job and had constant group updates. I would work there again
