Great place for stable long term work
Market Analyst (Former Employee), Toronto, ONMay 18, 2016
good place for long term work although they do need to upgrade facilities (office etc). People are nice and friendly. Pace of moving up is slow although you can get better titles if you like. Work complications can be tough but flex work environment makes it easier to cope with the challenges.

Pros: Enjoyable working conditions and lunch room

Worked on the floor getting parts for assembly of boards and coordinating with other project coordinators.

I learned to be resourceful and strategic and quick thinking

Management was informative and helpful in situations

My co-workers were easy to work with and generally helpful and pleasant

Would be getting parts for the boards and working with purchasing to get parts in

Completion of the assembly boards and shipping out

Pros: long hours
Cons: only weekends
This is a very friendly environment to work in as the people here are very helpful. I find that the repetitive nature of the job does not challenge me enough. I did learn some very fundamental aspects to the manufacturing world.

Labor worker (Current Employee), Toronto, ONDecember 2, 2015
Cons: long hours
I learned to work as a team and how sometimes you have to adjust to work in a team or else completing the task would be a failure. Most my co workers arefriendly. I really enjoy working with some of them. i think the hardest part of the job is moving the panels or cells because the cells are so delicate.
