I learned to work as a team and how sometimes you have to adjust to work in a team or else completing the task would be a failure. Most my co workers arefriendly. I really enjoy working with some of them. i think the hardest part of the job is moving the panels or cells because the cells are so delicate.

Celestica expects a lot out of employee base with respect to time commitment and travel. However, on the flip side, most of the management team offers high degree of work flexibility to help offset the night-work with Asia and constant travel.
This company promotes employee development and if an employee is willing to put in the time and effort, they will see advancement.
flexbility with work hours
lots of night calls with asia and travel expectations, average pay rates
Good work environment with nice people to work with but very poor pay with no scope to advance or becoming full time in the long run.
Manufacturing Associate (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – December 29, 2014
Well reputed company with good management but it is a temporary contractual work through an agency with very minimum salary with no chance to advance ever. In the maximum of 23 months contract, there is only one pay increase of $0.25 after six months of employment. No opportunity of growing or even getting hired by the company directly makes the job less appealing.
