While working here I took surveys over the phone about shopping and television habits. It was challenging because you would have keep them engaged in a survey that was 45 min long. The scrips were easy to read.

A year old call center with little distinction or purpose. Full-time is 32-36 hours only. Payroll is consistently in error, and "bonus" pay for production is done through a vague raffle system, so minimum qualifying performer have the same "chance" of bonus dollars as overproducing employees.
