Not what they promise
Mobile Maintenance Technician (Former Employee) –  Ontario21 February 2018
This is a large company with many portfolios and contracts. Stay away from their retail contract. It's a mess that's poorly managed.
If you are a licensed tradesmen, they will turn you into a handyman. .
They stress that you must self perform, this only means you have to do it all by yourself with next to no help or support.
You work 40 hours but actually work 60+ only to be paid for 40. The client, the dispatching never stop calling. Expect busy weekends and nights with no personal life. Expect long meetings that are meaningless. You are tracked on GPS, truck, phone and tablet . Good luck if you take this.

I would suggest to keep reinvesting into the basics and encourage your people to grow and expand. Make sure everyone is on the same page. Poor people, culture, and environment
