Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for accurately reporting monthly financial statements Reviewing accounts payable accuracy and requesting necessary approval Preparing year-end reconciliation of operating costs Preparing year-end audit working papers Preparing GST remittances Preparing budgets Create various financial and non-financial reports Design and administer accounting and information systems that include records of assets, liabilities and business transactions. *Other tasks as required
Skill Set and Qualifications 5 years of related accounting experience Previous management or real estate experience is an asset Possess or currently working towards relevant accounting designation Proficient in MS office suite applications including Excel Team player with excellent communication skills Critical thinking, logical analysis and problem solving skills
