Company is struggling and in bankruptcy protection. Their office systems are a throwback to the 80's and still heavily paper-based. No budget for upgrades. Company is understaffed and training is poor at best mostly relying on co-workers who are over stressed. Management planning is reactionary at best. A typical day would be listening to co-worker complaints.
On the plus most workers are and helpful and supportive. Trying to make the best of it. Few workers with over 2 years seniority except for management who are lifers.
Co-workers try and help each other.
