This is an entry level role where you will learn and acquire the fundamental skills, to analyze and make recommendations on new and existing clients with high credit risk. A comprehensive training program will be provided to teach the fundamentals of the role.
Reporting to the Card and Credit Products General Manager, you will utilize outstanding organizational and time management skills to process a substantial daily volume of loan applications, to provide administrative support as required and to accurately enter data into the management information systems. Strong communication and people skills are a must, as the role must provide exceptional and prompt service to both internal and external clients as well as outside agencies.
As a qualified applicant, you will possess:
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume environment.
- Strong process, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Proficient working knowledge of Windows and Excel.
- Typing and phone etiquette skills combined with strong customer service and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Completion of post-secondary education (college or university) is considered an asset but not necessary.
