The Client Specialist is responsible for creating raving fans by providing an exceptional client experience. This role is expected to model the corporate vision, mission and values statements through their day to day interactions internally and externally. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, they will act as a role model fostering open communications through their store and all corporate departments.
Requirements Educational requirement of High School diploma or equivalent. 1 year of Customer Service and/or Sales experience. 1 year Cash Handling experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive environment. Must be a team player. Maintain a high level of enthusiasm. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Basic computer skills.
