The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service excellence in our retail branches. It is expected that you will be knowledgeable on the benefits of all Cash Money Cheque Cashing products and services. You will also use your sales ability to explore opportunities to meet customers needs.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accuracy in cash balancing. Also, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for compliance with all policies and procedures and governing legislation.
Skills and Attributes
- High School Equivalency
- 1 Year of retail sales experience
- 1 Year of cash handling experience
- Detail oriented
- Able to pass a credit and criminal background check (18+)
- Proficient with a PC and Basic MS Office applications and typing
- Flexible to work various shifts between 7:30 AM and 11:30 PM Mon – Sun.
