A leading Edmonton builder experiencing exponential growth, requires an experienced, dynamic HR professional to establish a human resources department to provide support services for a highly diversified group of companies.
The ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and a proven record of accomplishment in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, employee relations and labor relations is required.
Experience and Skills:
A degree in human resource management or a CHRP designation
3 – 5 years leadership experience
Demonstrated success in establishing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Knowledge and experience in employment legislation and practices, and in the health care environment
The ability to think strategically, analyze information and make clear recommendations for action
