Carrington Group of Companies is currently seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Executive Assistant who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Executive team.
1.Calendar management includes responding to multiple and frequent competing requests for meetings, screening and prioritizing appointments; and providing supporting documentation;
2.Meeting/conference call coordination, meeting minutes, meeting action items, meeting follow-up;
3.Prepare presentations and reports in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel;
4.Various detailed project work and coordination;
5.Logistics/travel coordination & arrangement;
6.Expense coding and invoice processing;
8.Event organization and coordination;
9.Receive and prioritize mail and messages, and draft responses as appropriate;
10.Administrate charity activities and participates in employee charitable committee;
11.Various tasks and requests as needed.
Minimum of 5 years Executive Assistant experience.
Exceptional administrative and organizational skills.
Self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision.
Effective communication skills; both verbal and written.
Proficient with MS Office.
Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
Ability to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information.
Must have the ability to work in a team setting supporting multiple executives.
This position is temporary to fill a One Year Term for Maternity Leave, although there may be opportunity for a permanent position in our organization further to the one year term.
