Carrington Communities is currently seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Sales Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our sales team.

Key responsibilities:

Data management – Home Front.
Attend meetings, provide minutes & task follow up.
Create newsletters.
Draft correspondence.
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel;
Reply to general sales inquiries.
Provide key weekly and monthly reporting.
Various detailed project work and coordination.
Provide departmental support as required.

Job Requirements:

 Minimum of 3 - 5 years Administrative or Executive Assistant experience.
 Exceptional administrative and organizational skills.
 Self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision.
 Effective communication skills; both verbal and written.
 Proficient with MS Office.
 Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
 Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
 Ability to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information.
 Must have the ability to work in a team setting.
