Empowering a brand’s happy and satisfied customers to refer, advocate, and engage with their trusted networks through an extensive, configurable and proven marketing technology platform, our client is seeking a Client Success Specialist to play a central role in developing strategic business relationships and delivering marketing program insights.
Reporting to the VP, Client Success the Client Success Specialist provides overall support to ensure program success and client satisfaction with our client’s marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate will:
- Work with a project team to launch marketing programs.
- Liaise with our client’s technical team to ensure the client’s program requirements are delivered on time.
- Form an intimate knowledge of assigned clients’ company and industry and act as an internal resource for business matters, industry trends, loyalty and recommendation marketing programs.
- Pull data and perform data analytics to monitor program results, KPIs, and success metrics.
Desired experience & Skills
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience with account management (marketing agency experience is preferred).
- An undergraduate degree in marketing, business or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, presentation and project management abilities.
- Skills with extracting and manipulating data.
- Passion for digital and social media marketing.
