Very good English skills both understanding and explaining bookkeeping concepts.
Full Time, or contract 3 or 4 days a week is possible.
Salary $30-$35 an hour.
Highly experienced with QuickBooks ( > 3 years)
Also experience with Sage (Simply Accounting)
Be able to run the books of multiple companies (5 to 7 different companies)
Able to perform intercompany billing.
Experienced with payroll program (We use Telpay)
Our company employs full time, part time, regular and contract employees.
Experienced with payroll in general (vacation pay, holiday pay, sick days, insurance repayments, car allowances, etc)
Experienced with government remittances (HST, income tax installments and payroll remittances)
Being able to prepare bank reconciliations
OHIP familiarity and knowledge is an asset
General knowledge of medical practice/lab specifics such as equipment, licenses, etc
Experienced with excel, word, and software in general.
Car is an asset since there are 4 locations but booking is central.
Very good references are required.
