Demonstrate superior customer service
Engage customers while presenting a friendly and helpful attitude
Coordinate and communicate information to all areas such as pool, arena, facility attendants and info desk
Have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the facility including policies and procedures, passes, registered and drop in programs and bookings
Listen and provide support and solutions to customer concerns
Sell passes, process program registration and control admission to the facility
Perform accurate cash handling and cash forms completion
Answer telephone inquiries and requests in a timely manner
Relay customer concerns and requests to Team Leaders, Coordinators and Managers
Maintain Cardel Place standards of excellence and be a positive role model for our vision, values and commitment to service;
Be actively involved in creating and maintaining a safe work environment.
You must have:
Completed high school diploma
A minimum of two years experience in the customer service industry
Time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Exceptional customer service and communication skills and well developed problem solving ability
Knowledge of CLASS software an asset
Current Standarad First Aid&CPR-C/AED certifications
