As an Executive Assistant you will be providing administrative support services to the President of Cardel Lifestyles (the multi-family division of Cardel). This position performs a wide variety of administrative support services, ranging from complex to routine, all of which contribute to the efficient and professional operation of the President’s office. Responsibilities include: organizing & managing the President’s calendar and correspondence; scheduling meetings and attending, as required, to record minutes; collecting data, preparing & distributing reports; conducting research; coding invoices and maintaining comprehensive records on budget expenditures for the President; making travel arrangements; organizing special events; and other special projects as assigned.
You will have a post-secondary education in office/business administration, 2+ years of administrative experience supporting an executive team and intermediate to expert level competence with MS Office. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability, great work ethic and attention to detail are equally important.
