We are seeking an experienced Sales Agent to join our sales team to provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential Cardel homeowners. Ideally bilingual, you will be responsible for lead generation and lead management, customer service and follow up, client and prospect engagement and new home sales, contracting and administration. Agents while assigned to an initial community may be required to work from any Cardel community at any time. This position reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
As the successful candidate you will have experience in the new home industry, strong business acumen, excellent communication, interpersonal and engagement skills and a professional appearance. You will also be customer service oriented, innovative, have exceptional attention to detail and an advanced level of computer & technical literacy. Post-secondary education and bilingualism are an asset. Must be available to work Monday thru Friday (subject to days off) from 12:00pm to 7:00pm and weekends from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. In the capacity of sales agent, there may be times where you are required to work outside these hours and at other locations to ensure success. Short-listed candidates will be required to provide a drivers’ abstract and a criminal record check.
