As an MIS Business Systems Analyst with Cardel you will contribute to IT strategic initiatives and business planning by delivering integrated business and information solutions. You will support multiple business units with a variety of application systems and end-user needs as well as formulate systems to integrate products & services for overall business strategies.

You will bring to this position business & technical knowledge with 2-5 years relevant experience in systems implementation and applications. General database administration, IT architecture and infrastructure is considered an asset. Our environment uses Sage Accounting, Timberline estimating, BuilderMT, Punchlist Manager, Zybertech Suite, Crystal report writing and Citrix/Windows, experience in these programs is considered ideal but not required. Related experience in construction and the homebuilding industry as well as, experience with improving current business processes is also considered an asset. Project management experience, organization, and attention to detail are essential for being a liaison between end-users and providers while auditing workflow best practices. Excellent communications and collaboration skills are required to build documentation guides to aid training with staff. A candidate who is a team player, solution oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn is required. Some travel is required.
