Cardel Homes is seeking a Customer Quality Coordinator to join our Construction/Warranty team. In this position you will be responsible for: conducting pre-possession inspections; coordinating and attending possession day meetings with customers; and scheduling & facilitating 30-day post-possession appointments with homeowners.

For this position we are looking for an individual with extensive construction knowledge, previous experience working in the residential construction industry, a high level of customer service skills and strong technical aptitude. This role would be located primarily in the west end of Ottawa and vehicle reimbursement will be provided. Short-listed candidates will be required to provide a recent drivers’ abstract and a criminal record check.
