- Deal with Walk in/ calls /online customer service
- Assist in the day to day activities related to Accounts Receivable
E.g. Customer invoices working, checking support documents, follow-up third party charges, Customer statements etc.
- Customer liaison - response to customers’ product inquires or complaints through telephone or correspondence.
- Participate in Trade shows or exhibitions.
- Website related task
E.g. Website information updating, directly contracting customers with website questions/concerns, as needed, optimizing website to support company activities, etc.
- Works under immediate supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager
