Drawing on your strong communication and people management skills, you will provide a wide range of human resource services, with emphasis on labour relations, to centres and departments within an assigned portfolio. You will be the employer lead for one or more assigned bargaining teams and you will be lead for a specialty area such as classification and compensation.
A Baccalaureate degree in Management, Administration, Commerce, Industrial Relations or equivalent, with a major in Human Resources Management, is required.
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation would be considered an asset.
At least 5 years' experience in Human Resources Management incorporating labour relations and bargaining, along with workforce planning and recruitment, classification, compensation and/or organizational development is required; ideally within a healthcare environment. An equivalent combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.
