Required for a busy material handling equipment supplier with a minimum of 3 years experience preferably in automotive service and mechanically inclined.
The successful candidate will have strong computer data entry skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
Duties include entering time tickets, processing completed work orders and working with service customers to ensure invoices are done properly. Your major skills will include attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication and be willing to take ownership of your role as a key part of branch operations.
Typing skills need to be well honed, 55-65 wpm. Knowledge of Silk would be beneficial but not necessary.
