Part-time Call Centre Supervisor, Kanata, ON - 7 September 2012
I enjoy very much working for Ticketing Company, the staff are wonderful. I am learning on a constant basis which I thoroughly enjoy. I have been working part time as an call centre agent for 3.5 years and as a Supervisor for 1.5 years. I enjoy dealing with the customers over the phone both in good situations and enjoy the problem solving over the phone. I answer emails from customers requesting information, customers with issues and questions regarding our website. I deal with our outlets that sell our events and deal with troublshooting remotely via computer to solve the issues at the Outlets. Its a very interesting job which I enjoy very much. The co-workers are great. Also I have a wonderful management team with great communication. The most challenging aspect of the job is the IT troubleshooting for our Outlets. Also I am TICO certified, I also sell Hotel stays and packages for visitors coming into the National Capital region.
