Typical day consisted of responded to anywhere from 60-150 calls per shift. I learned how to communicate and diffuse situations. Management was great for provided feedback and tools to accomplish what they wanted. Co-workers were always eager to help. The hardest part about the job was taking an irate phone call before it was time for your shift to end because you have no way of controlling the type of call you are getting. The most enjoyable part of the job was the day to day interaction with co workers and customers alike. Even if it was just through the phone.
