Capital Motors is seeking a professional Accounts Payable Administrator to join our administrative team. The Accounts Payable Administrator ensures that all vendor invoices are paid accurately and in a timely manner and keeps the dealership in excellent standing with all of its vendors. The Accounts Payable Administrator handles all payment requests and keeps the payable, general ledger, and banking records accurate and up to date.
*1-2 years Accounting/Business Administration Courses
*Fundamental understanding of Accounting practices and procedures
*Previous experience with Accounts Payable
*Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook
*Above average numeracy and organizational skills
*Professional manner with high integrity and attention to detail
*Able to efficiently handle highly confidential information.
*Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
*Organized, self-motivated, team player as well as an individual contributor
*Must be able to be bonded by the company insurance carrier
