We are currently seeking a part time office administrator.
The choose candidate must have previous work experience in an office environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment and is organized, adaptable and reliable.
Skills required:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Maintains staff confidentiality
  • Flexible

Technology skills required:

  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets
  • Experience and working knowledge with QuickBooks
  • Experience and working knowledge with WordPress to maintain companies website
  • Constant Contact experience
  • Thorough knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel required.
