It is a very good experience working with CG. Nice environment, good colleague support. the hardest part of my job is as it was totally new field for me so it was getting somewhat difficult to understand the problems.

The day starts at 10 am and ends at 7pm . I had learned many things in capgemini till date .about the management I will say it is good .g t we work as a team for any object coming to us. The hardest part was to take a leave .
the most enjoyable part is at lunch where we all gather , share each other's things,views,meal.

Work Environment would be great, but only thing is we have wait to reach our innovation. we will not get required in time.

Technology focused working with big name clients. Capgemini has many areas of focus including information management, SAP, Oracle, software development, digital and cloud. There is no such thing as a typical day as the variety of work. I could be working on a stratgey, technology delivery, internal project, working as a BA or a PM. My co-workers are very helpful and patience. The most enjoyable part of the job is when we have our weekly meetings and have our social time for personal and work discussions. The hardest part of the job is not being close to home office. Our Managers work really hard trying to find the best fit project for your needs. They are understanding with situations – more... that may arise. Help and assistance is always opened and available. There is so much that I've learned in all aspects such as Leadership, Work Ethics, Value and Technical/Functional development. If I'm not on a project, I am always looking for more training materials that will enhance my knowledge in specific fields where I can improve. – less
