Working at CAPCO everyone became more like family. I enjoyed my co-workers, the staff on all levels and I also enjoyed the consumers most of all.
I learned about poverty in the Bridges to Poverty course I had taken while with this organization. I was a very rewarding experience.

Calling on all building sector professionals to specify our products, follow up on existing projects and give technical advise. Capco is a mid sized consultancy, however it has been growing by leaps and bounds as of late. There is a lot of room for career advancement for someone who goes in with the right attitude. As with most consulting firms thy like people who already have several years of industry experience, however, they do hire some new associate directly out of college.

I loved the job and would recommend it to anyone. The job is very simple and the company is good to work for.

This is a great technology consulting firm that caters to Financial Services. The senior management is supportive and helpful.

As Principle Consultant my main focus is in dealing with the client, understanding their needs and providing solutions for failing or challenging programmes.
I have learned to be adaptable, manage difficult personalities in a wide variety of situations and surroundings.
I pretty much manage myself but work closely with the Capco team members drawing – more... on a huge resource base.
The hardest part is being away from home Monday to Friday, I have always travelled with my job and enjoy that but not full time.
The people I work with are the best part of my job, their level of excellence, motivation, willingness to get the job done and team spirit are exceptional. Nothing is ever to much to ask. – less

First-rate company in terms of taking care of employees; salary slightly below average when compared with industry.

Billable project contract lengths much shorter than competitors and not as many projects available on both quality and quantity.
