Growing Real Estate / Property Management firm seeking an Office Administrator / receptionist person. Applicant must have computer skills, comfortable dealing with clients over the phone, detail oriented with good organization skills. This position is based out of the downtown area.
Other duties may include client care and relationship building, answering and directing phone calls, fax and emails, booking showing appointments, obtaining feedback for showings.

-Managing the front office
-Maintaining the file/work flow system
-Assembling client packages
-Entering invoices and processing of payments
-Provide administrative services and other related duties as required
-Check and distribute incoming faxes and emails.
-Filing as required.
-Maintain record of appointments and board room schedules.
-Ensure supplies are replenished in the fax and photocopy machines.
- Well developed oral, interpersonal and organizational skills to provide administrative, reception and telephone answering duties
-Post-secondary education is an asset
-Positive demeanour, demonstrating a respectful and polite attitude to all, with a willingness to help wherever needed.
