Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
Salary is $17-$20 hourly, 42.5 hours per week; dental benefits, group insurance benefits, medical benefits, and pension plan.

Education: Completion of high school, completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training.
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): CWB Certification, Welding Trade Certification to CWB W47.1-03, Welding Red Seal Endorsement or equivalent in welding fabrication.
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years experience in metal fabrication trade with an emphasis in repairing and fabricating medium-sized machinery.

Specific Skills: Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment. Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment. Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines. Operate drill presses. Prepare jigs or set-ups for welding.
Additional Skills: Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes. Fitting skills would be a definite asset.
Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, steel-toed boots, face shield, welding helmet.
