Be at least 18 years of age.

Make application on the prescribed form, provide supporting documentation as required.

Be a resident of Canada.

Have been registered and actively employed as a real estate Salesperson for at least two years during the immediately preceding three years, or have equivalent experience.

Have successfully completed The Salesperson Registration Education Program with a pass mark of not less than 75 per cent.

Have successfully completed one additional elective from the Articling segment with a pass mark of not less than 75 per cent. .
