Great Architect frim to work for.

Pros: seeing a building being built as designed. and people taking pride in what they do for work.
Cons: people not wanting to help each other.
Great to be out in the construction field overview of a building being built as designed.

Everyday is a new day and wistom - learning from others on the design team and construction tradesmen out on the site putting a building togeother.

Great team to work with always there to come up with a answer to a question regrades to the building design.

Fun – more... to work with them.

Getting people in the construction trades to put pride in what the do for work.
