Canlan Ice Sports Corp. (Canlan) is an operator of the recreational and leisure facilities. As of March 30, 2009, the Company owns, leases or manages a network of 22 facilities in Canada and the United States containing 63 full sized ice sheets, two indoor soccer fields and three curling surfaces. The Company owns 11 of the facilities containing 1.2 – more... million square feet of space. Canlan operates two facilities under long-term lease agreements, and a further three facilities under the operating leases.
