The Assistant Manager’s focus is on building ‘Customers for Life’ by leading and developing a merchandising team that provides value added experiences for our customers and by analyzing and optimizing inventory and merchandising processes.

To excel as an Assistant Manager, you’ll be an intuitive and inspiring leader to other sales associates, guiding and supervising them to always provide excellent customer care. You’ll be advocating our brand by managing inventory levels, supporting and enhancing sales models, and making efficient use of merchandising strategies to generate growth and revenue.
