High expectations, extremely low pay
Warehouse (Former Employee) –  Bowmanville, ON23 July 2017
Some employees are overworked, not equal pay opportunities or raises. Managers at this location treat employees like they're pets. You are expected to do your job, plus theres (the parts they do not wish to do) as well as more. They find ways/loop holes to jerk around employees.
Pros
Only good for part time
Cons
Terrible Management, extremely low pay

Huge place with a lot of Automation
Warehouse Associate (Current Employee) –  Brampton, ON23 July 2017
The company is investing in a lot of automation to make sure that even the smallest product such as a golf ball reaches to its customer on right time.
The inventory they hold in a store cannot be seen in a day so imagine what happens in a Distribution Center where products are coming in and going out constantly.
Very exciting work place. Sometimes very hard but overall its energetic.
Pros
Store Discount, Free Safety Shoes, Health & Dental Benefits
Cons
Long Hours, Very Early Start

Fairly easy going environment
Floor Associate (Former Employee) –  Hanmer, ON23 July 2017
It was a fairly easy going work place, most of the managers were helpful and diligent. The scheduling and inter-departmental politics were somewhat tiresome.

Amazing company lots of great people and a very welcoming work environment. Pay is good however the 10 hour shifts and shift times take alot of time to get use too. you do however get 3 days off a week so in that sense its not too bad
