A typical day at CSA is the satisfaction of helping people who needed my services. I learnt about people skills and improved upon my Telecom experience. My co-workers were excellent. The hardest part of the job is being the single point of contact when there are difficult task which takes awhile to resolve. I enjoyed working at CSA especially the people – more...
