Job Description:
Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts is looking for a data entry clerk/office assistant who is eager to learn. Primary responsibilities include inputting invoices and accounting entries into the accounting software, handling cash, marking deposits at various banks, and basic office responsibilities. This position is also responsible for executing daily procedures for our in house printing system. This position is a full-time position requiring 40 hours/week

Start Date:


  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well either independently or as part of a team
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Experience in GP Dynamics an asset
  • Excellent stress management and ability to multi-task
