Excellent people, great opportunity if willing to relocate. I've had very positive experiences with management and co workers. Long hours and some corporate instability are the downside but if you love the job the people are enough to make it worth the while.

Working hours are unlimited, determined by the work to be done. High turnover of management during the time I've worked there has made advancement extremely difficult.
The ability to navigate transitions is a very valuable skill to have. A strong desire to keep learning new things has improved the experience and revealed opportunities to contribute in different roles throughout the organization.

Initially got a great work experience but after the management, everything else changed. Only a brand name now, doesn't care about employees. Work culture is bad
