A typical day at work was organizing the Executive Directors schedule; whether it was planning his upcoming month with flights, renting cars, booking hotels, etc; or planning his upcoming week with meetings, rescheduling, conferences, lunch-in meetings, etc; or planning his next day with all of the documents, PowerPoint presentations, extra copies he may need, etc. It was a very loaded job, but a great one at that.
The hardest part of the job would have to be the overtime. If there was a Directors Summit Meeting (that would occur on a monthly basis - and for an entire weekend), there would be a lot of overtime, working full time and overtime during weekends as well. The great part about it though was the people I worked with were truly inspiring and just one of the greatest teams I have had the pleasure working with.
